Booking Policies

• The arena may be booked in 1, 2, 3, or 12-hour blocks.

• All bookings must be made in advance.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time are non-refundable.

• Please enter and exit the arena through designated gates only.

• Your booking time includes setup and cleanup. Please exit promptly at the end of your reserved time.

Arena Rules

• Pack in, pack out — please remove all trash and personal items.

• All children must be supervised at all times.

• No smoking or alcohol anywhere on the property.

• Dogs must be kept on leash at all times.

• Be considerate and patient of other riders and horses.

• Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal from the arena without refund.
